Friday March 27 *from *10am to 1pm* to assist faculty with equipment needs.
If you have any new faculty requests, please submit them via ServiceNow no
later than 10pm tonight as our main focus will be existing ServiceNow
incidents.

Hi All,


ITS will open the ITS Checkout Counter (Adams Humanities 1129) tomorrow*
Friday March 27 *from *10am to 1pm* to assist faculty with equipment needs.
If you have any new faculty requests, please submit them via ServiceNow no
later than 10pm tonight as our main focus will be existing ServiceNow
incidents.


We will continue to take the following measures to ensure a safe
environment during distribution:


   -

   Social distancing for groups of less than 10
   -

   Signage will be placed in each of the pickup locations, separating
   everyone by a minimum of 6’, to indicate where faculty should stand while
   waiting
   -

   Faculty are required to show their SDSU (RedID) card for checkout


While staff are on-site, they will practice body substance isolation
(wearing gloves) at all times. The gloves will be changed, and countertops
wiped thoroughly with sanitizing wipes immediately after assisting
individual customers.
