Integrated Online Catalogand Curriculum Management Platform (Thursday,
March 24, 2-4 pm via Zoom)

Dear Faculty and Staff,

In accordance with the April 2019 University-Senate-approved Action Item
<https://senate.sdsu.edu/agendas-minutes/documents/SENATE_AGENDA_APR32018_FNLv7.pdf>,
SDSU will be launching an integrated pair of online systems for curriculum
management and catalog production in Fall 2020.

Curriculog <https://www.digarc.com/solutions/curriculum-management/>, a
curriculum workflow and approval-tracking system, will replace our current
CurricUNET platform, and be used for the submission and review of all
course and program proposals.

Acalog <https://www.digarc.com/solutions/academic-catalog-management/>, a
dynamic catalog production system, will be used to integrate our
currently-separate undergraduate, graduate, and SDSU-Imperial Valley
catalogs into one fully accessible online catalog.

Please attend the virtual *Senate Town Hall* on *Thursday, March 26*th from*
2-4 PM* via this Zoom session <https://SDSU.zoom.us/j/700733623> (meeting
id: 700-733-623), where we will provide an overview of the transition to
these new integrated systems and answer your questions and concerns. For
those of you who cannot attend live during these challenging times, the
session will be recorded and posted on the University Senate website.

Sincerely,

James Frazee, Co-Lead, Chief Academic Technology Officer and Associate Vice
President, Instructional Technology Services

Andrianna Martinez, Project Manager, Instructional Technology Services

Stephen Schellenberg, Co-Lead, Assistant Vice President for Educational
Effectiveness
