[Faculty] Guidelines for Faculty Office Hours

Dear Colleagues,

*Clarification regarding holding office hours starting from March 13, 2020*:

Faculty are encouraged to hold their office hours in a virtual mode.
However, every faculty member may choose an option of holding face-to-face
office hours by scheduling them as individual meeting appointments. If a
faculty is meeting with a group of students, then this faculty member
should make sure that this meeting is being held in venues that allow
social distancing of six feet per person. If this degree of social
distancing cannot be achieved – regardless of the venue in which the
meeting is being hosted - then the meeting should be canceled or
rescheduled, or conducted in a virtual mode.
