Dear Associate & Assistant Deans,



Please remind all departments and faculty that the grade deadline is *FRIDAY,
MAY 24 at 11:00PM*. Grades submitted after 11:00PM will need to be
submitted one-by-one via the Grade Change function in WebPortal.



Staff from the Office of the Registrar, the Office of Advising and
Evaluations, and Enrollment Services IT will be working throughout the
Memorial Day weekend to ensure that all processes are complete and Summer
2019 registration can re-open in time for the first day of classes on
Tuesday. Due to the short window in which we must run all end of term
processes, including academic status and contingent enrollment
verification, it is crucial that all grades be submitted on time.



Missing grades negatively impact students when the jobs run to apply course
forgiveness, determine academic status, move students from pre-major to
major, and verify registration contingencies.
