Dear Faculty and Staff,

We will be having our Spring 2018 Engineering Design Day on Wednesday, May
2, 2018, from 1:30pm-3:30pm, in Montezuma Hall, Conrad Prebys Aztec Student
Union.

To help promote the event to industry, community, family and friends, I
have included a "Save the Date" e-mail below that was sent to Engineering
Alumni.  As well, attached is a PDF of a flyer that includes the event
details and driving/parking directions.

In early April, I will be sending another promotional e-mail to Engineering
Alumni which will include the driving/parking directions and I will forward
this on to the CoE Faculty & Staff as well.

Please save the date for the annual SDSU College of Engineering's Spring
2018 Design Day showcasing the exciting and innovative design projects that
our undergraduate students have been creating during the 2017-18 Academic
Year. Each of our Senior Design classes in Aerospace Engineering, Civil,
Construction & Environmental Engineering, Electrical & Computer
Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering will be participating in over 60+
projects on interactive display!

provides a quick view of the projects that were on display at last year's
well attended 2017 Engineering Design Day.

This is a great opportunity to visit SDSU and interact with your fellow
Aztecs and Alumni, as well, the chance to visit the new Engineering &
Interdisciplinary Sciences Complex (EIS) which was completed in December
2017. Ten Engineering research labs, six instructional labs, the creative
design studio and several student organizations are housed in the new
Complex.

Further details will be e-mailed as the event day approaches. We hope you
will be able to join us on May 2, 2018!
