Hi Marcie and Arlene,

 

You should forward this to the professors in EIS.  

 

Some of the power outlets in the offices in EIS are tied to the motion sensor which control lighting.  These outlets are marked controlled.  Do not use them for your computers.   Each receptacle in the office has 4 outlets.  Two are on the motion sensor system and two are not.  The outlets controlled by the motion sensor go off when no one is moving in the office.
