Dear Colleagues,

 We are surveying faculty about their current understanding of Leadership. This is a joint effort between Cal Poly Pomona, Harvey Mudd, and SDSU to inform how we provide leadership training opportunities to engineering students. We think future training opportunities will be more impactful for our students if they build upon the knowledge we, as faculty, collectively share about leadership.
