So, to confirm I understand clearly, the parking spaces right in back of the
old Engineering building (known as the SP103 parking spaces for our
visitors) will be accessible?

Attached you'll find Clark Construction's request for intermittent road
closures for the development of the North Parking Lot project related to
EIS.  Part of the information depicts the closure of the east entrance to
Engineering during this project.  Access to the parking lot, north of
Engineering, will remain available at this time.
