[Faculty] Fwd: 2017 Legislation proposal to fund CSU instruction at a minimum of 53%

Dear Mark and Allen,

This is a fantastic proposal. I fully support it. Please add my name to 
the list.

Another example to justify the necessity of this proposal is the 
creation of AVP for Research and Innovation to accommodate the outgoing 
Dean of Science into another (unnecessary) administrative position. This 
position doesn't exist on the SDSU administrative chart (attached) so I 
assume it was just created for Stanley Maloy!

As Khaled mentioned, I hope more faculty members from our college will 
support this proposal.
