Dear Executive Committee Members,

I didn't have an opportunity to discuss this at the meeting today, due to
the short agenda today.

However, as these items are important and cannot wait until our next
meeting, I am bringing to your attention that there have been exams left in
the open (in hallways for example) with identifying information such as
REDID numbers.  Please remind the faculty in your department that this is a
violation of FERPA law.

In addition, please encourage them to provide graded material back to
students in a timely manner.  I understand it may be difficult, but per
senate policy and in the interest of student success, timely feedback is
important.
