*I've received a few requests for addtional time to submit nominations;
thus, the nomination period will now close on Thursday, November 9 @ 6 pm.
Please note that final balloting begins Monday, November 13.

Faculty in the College of Engineering are invited to nominate themselves
or peers to serve on the Provost's Review Committee.

*If you are nominating a colleague, you'll be asked to confirm that
you've obtained his or her consent to do so. *

This initial nomination cycle closes on Monday, November 6 @ noon.

The final ballot will be administered on Monday, November 13; that
election will determine the list of two (2) nominees from which one (1)
shall be selected by the President in agreement with the Provost and
Chair of the Senate.

This nomination survey itself can be opened just one time -- so *launch it
only when you're prepared to complete it in its entirety*.
