[Faculty] Network issues for Engineering Building

Hi Brianna,

Affirmative.  Engineering currently has no wired network connectivity,
although WLAN service is working.  Do you see the topology state change
counter increment without bound on any particular interface?  Try
pulling the SFP+ module on that interface.  This happened to me in the
GMCS building on an OS6900.  Thank you for continuing to diagnose this
outage.
