[Faculty] Engineering Valedictorian Vote Deadline: April 12th

Hello Ashkan,

I'm always interested to hear recommendations on ways to increase
participation in this voting process as it has been a reoccurring issue. As
for the faculty selecting the candidate with the lowest GPA, I cannot
comment on that.
