[Faculty] Engineering Valedictorian Vote Deadline: April 12th

Dear Donovan:

Can you please clarify?  To most people, the honor of being the
Valedictorian is different from being the "Outstanding Engineering
Graduate."  What exactly is this honor?  Thanks.
