[Faculty] March Attendance Summaries - Due: Mon 4/4

Hi Everyone,

March Attendance Summaries are due by end of day Monday, April 4th. The pay
period for March 2016 is *March 2 to March 31*, please use the attached
March Attendance Summary, which has the correct dates listed to report your
time.

*Please note, per Payroll*:  For 12-month appointment employees (i.e., Dept
Chairs, Asst/Assoc Dean, MPP and Staff),  *even if you do not have time to
report, you have to complete an Attendance Summary form and mark the NO
USAGE box located at the top of the form.*

*Faculty* only need to complete an attendance summary for *sick leave.*

Please drop off attendance summaries in the Dean's mailbox, or you can drop
them in my office in E-203B.
