Dear Faculty/ Staff of the College of Engineering,
The Associated Engineering Student Council would like to invite you to the
first ever Dean's Ping Pong Tournament. We wanted to plan an event for
students to be able to mingle with Faculty and Staff but in a fun way. We
believe this will create a better relationship between students and faculty/
staff. The event will include the following: Ping Pong Tournament (students
vs faculty/staff), free Oggi's pizza and salad, extra ping pong tables for
fun, a chance to meet and mingle with students on a more casual level, and
free prizes/giveaways.
Attached is a flyer with more information about our event. Our event will be
held April 13th, from 11:30am-1:30pm, in Montezuma Hall.
We hope to see you there and wish you luck in the tournament! You are not
required to sign up for the tournament, we would just appreciate your
support in anyway, if that means stopping by for a few minutes for free
food, playing one round of ping pong, or coming just to say hello to the
students.
Please fill out this form if you are interested in attending. This will help
us know how much food to purchase as well as get you more information about
the tournament, if you wish to play.
