[Faculty] 2016 Design Day - Promotional Flyer & E-mail

Hi Everyone,

As we have been announcing, our annual 2016 Engineering Design Day will be
taking place on Wednesday, May 4th, from 1:30pm-3:30pm, in the Aztec
Student Union Center, Montezuma Hall.

To better promote our 2016 Engineering Design Day to industry, sponsors,
and community members, our Development graphic designer created the
promotional e-mail below.  If you could please forward this invite to your
contacts, we would like to increase the opportunities for our students to
interact with industry and sponsors.  Our Development Team will also be
sending the e-mail out to our Engineering Alumni.

In addition, attached please find a PDF of the traditional flyer that can
also be attached to an e-mail, used for handouts or placing on bulletin
boards.

Please join us for the annual SDSU College of Engineering’s Spring 2016
Design Day showcasing the exciting and innovative design projects that our
undergraduate Engineering students completed during the Fall 2015 semester.
Each of our Senior Design classes in Aerospace, Civil, Construction &
Environmental Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, and
Mechanical Engineering will be participating in over 50+ projects on
interactive display!

*DIRECTIONS TO SDSU PARKING STRUCTURE 6*

*From the West *
1 ▪ Take I-8 East
2 ▪ Exit College Avenue
3 ▪ Turn right heading south on College Avenue
4 ▪ After passing under the second pedestrian bridge, turn left on Zura Way
5 ▪ Continue on Zura Way, past the stop sign and turn right into PS 6.
Guests can park free of charge at Parking Structure 6 without a permit in
parking spaces marked Faculty/Staff or Student on *LEVEL 6 only*.

*From the East*
1 ▪ Take I-8 West
2 ▪ Exit College Avenue
3 ▪ Turn left heading south on College Avenue
4 ▪ After passing under the second pedestrian bridge, turn left on Zura Way
5 ▪ Continue on Zura Way, past the stop sign and turn right into PS 6.
Guests can park free of charge at Parking Structure 6 without a permit in

*To Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union (Montezuma Hall, 2nd Floor)*

Take the west side elevators to level 3 and exit the Parking Structure on
the west side. Cross East Campus Drive and walk through the SDSU
Residential Community Area. Follow the pathway to the end of the walkway
and turn right towards the pedestrian bridge. The pedestrian bridge leads
directly into the Aztec Student Union. Take the stairs or elevator to the
2nd floor of the Aztec Student Union to access Montezuma Hall.
