Just a reminder that the 2016-17 Montys Alumni Award Nominations for
faculty members are due to to Marcie Morihiro, in the Dean's Office, Room
203B, *by end of day Monday, February 15, 2016.*

To nominate a faculty member, please use the attached nomination form and
submit along with the faculty member's CV.

The nomination form can also be found on the Faculty Affairs website, along
with a list of the 2015-16 Montys Alumni Awardees at:

A campus-wide announcement regarding the Montys Alumni Award Nominations
for faculty members (for awardees to be honored in the 2016-17 academic
year), has been posted to SDSU NewsCenter:

Nominations may be made by students, staff, faculty members,
administrators, alumni or other members of the university community.

To nominate a faculty member, please use the attached nomination form and
submit along with the faculty member's CV, to Marcie Morihiro, in the
Dean's Office, Room 203B, *by end of day Monday, February 15, 2016*.  The
awardees will be honored for their achievements during the Fall 2016
semester.
