[Faculty] SP 103 Parking Spaces

Hi Everyone,

The Engineering SP 103 parking spaces have been opened for use, however,
there is additional work that may be done in the coming weeks and there may
be intermittent closures.  I will send e-mail notifications of any closures
as I receive the information.

As a reminder, the SP 103 parking spaces are for guest use only.
