19th, from 10:30am-1:00pm, location to be determined, with the following
draft agenda:

10:30-11:30am - Business Meeting (Faculty Only)
11:30-12:00pm - Dean's Remarks (Faculty & Staff)
12:00-1:00pm - Lunch (Faculty & Staff)
