[Faculty] 5/1 Faculty Mtg - Final Minutes

Hi Everyone,

Attached please find the final version of the 5/1 Faculty Meeting minutes
that were approved at today's 8/19 CoE Faculty Retreat.

The changes requested and incorporated from the Faculty Retreat were to
move both Ashkan Ashrafi and Satchi Venkatarman *from* the 'Faculty Absent'
*to* the 'Faculty Present' section of the minutes.
