Hello Everyone,

 

See below links for the University Grants Program 2014 application and
information.

 

I will need 5 hard copies (with signatures) plus original application. Email
me a signed PDF copy with attachments (Vendor quotes, hotel, airfare,
mileage, travel quotes - all in PDF form). Please Note Deadline: No later
than Noon, Friday, October 4, 2013. I will need time to compile and organize
the applications for the College Committee Review before I go on vacation
that following Monday, October 7 thru Wednesday, October 16.
