Dear Fulltime Faculty,

Once again we will be collecting data on faculty contributions and issues
related to release time using faculty self reports (attached and listed
below). Please submit this data electronically to your department head by
Feb. 18. Contact me if you have any questions.

 

I. Teaching

A. Courses taught (course number, title, semester, units, enrollment)

B. Students supervised

1. Thesis or dissertation chair (student name, thesis title)

2. Thesis or dissertation committee member (student name, thesis title)

3. Special studies

C. Course or curriculum development (course title, semester, units,
enrollment, other information)

D. Teaching awards

E. Undergraduate advising (names, majors, intended graduation year)

F. Other

 

II. Professional Growth

A.      Referred journal publications, book chapters or scholarly books
(authors, title, journal, year, volume, pages and DOI data)

B.      Papers in referred conference proceedings (authors, title, year,
publisher, pages)

C.      Papers in contributed proceedings (authors, title, year, publisher,
pages)

D.       Other publications, such as magazine articles (authors, title,
magazine, date, pages)

E.       Papers in preparation or under review

F.       Patents awarded

G.     Patent disclosures or applications

H.      Active research projects, title, agency, award, duration,
termination date

I.        Title of submitted proposals, indicate if still under review, give
title, agency, funding request, duration

J.        Postdoctoral supervision or visiting faculty collaboration (lit
names and dates)

K.      Professional honors or awards (list award, source, date)

L.       Titles and co-authors of presentations, indicate conference,
company, or other information, note if it was invited, keynote or such
