Govindarajalu,

After it came to my attention, yesterday, that you were not subscribed
to the faculty mailing list, I investigated a bit to determine why.
Here are some facts I have uncovered since yesterday:

1) Back in 2002, your official university email address was
"krish at mail.sdsu.edu". "EXHIBIT A" below is an email I saved, dated
Oct 28, 2002, about a problem you had finding the start button on the
control key pad in the E-423B smart classroom. Your From: address in
the message header is shown to be "krish at mail.sdsu.edu".

2) On Aug 27, 2003, I confirmed with Diane David that emeritus faculty
were subscribed to the faculty mailing list. "EXHIBIT B" below is an
email I sent to Diane David in which I confirmed that
"krish at mail.sdsu.edu" was a current member of the faculty mailing
list.

3) In Jan 2004, your official university email address had become
"gkrishna at mail.sdsu.edu". "EXHIBIT C" below is an email I saved,
dated Sep 06, 2005, concerning a work order you submitted to the help
desk to repair a computer problem. Your From: address in the message
header is shown to be "gkrishna at mail.sdsu.edu".

4) IMPORTANT: I had re-subscribed you to the faculty mailing list
under the email address of gkrishna at mail.sdsu.edu, and you had been
receiving faculty addressed communication under this address. "EXHIBIT
D" below is a transcript from a mail transfer log I saved on 30 Nov
2009 that shows the transaction of an email sent to the faculty list.
If you
inspect the list of recipient addresses, you will find the recipient
address "gkrishna at mail.sdsu.edu", thereby proving you were subscribed
to the faculty list at that time.

5) I re-subscribed you to the faculty mailing list under the email
address of gkrishna at mail.sdsu.edu because I was requested to do so by
Diane David, on Feb. 2, 2004, who informed me of your email address
change as shown in "EXHIBIT E" below.

6) Yesterday I was informed by the college administrative staff that
your email address had again been changed, this time to
"gikay at mail.sdsu.edu". Today I called the University Enterprise
Technology Helpdesk to find out when you had been assigned this third
email address. The ETS Helpdesk informed me that you had requested a
new email address on Nov 12, 2011 and claimed the address on Nov. 17,
2011.

7) On or around, or anytime after Nov. 17, 2011, never did you send me
an email, or communicate to me, about your third address change and
request that I update the faculty mailing list to reflect your third
and latest email address of "gikay at mail.sdsu.edu".

8) On or around, or anytime after Nov. 17, 2011, never did a member of
the Dean's office administrative staff, or the Department of Civil,
Construction and Environmental Engineering office administrative staff
send me an email, or communicate to me, about your address change and
request that I update the faculty mailing list to reflect your third
and latest email address, as was done on Feb. 2, 2004 and shown in "EXHIBIT E".

You have used at least three different email addresses for official
university communication, the first two of which were indeed
subscribed to the faculty mailing list. You didn't inform me when you
acquired your third email address, or inform another administrative
staff member who could then inform me, and so I did not have a fair
opportunity to update the faculty mailing list to include your latest,
third email address.

I did move the mouse cursor to the bottom of the screen thinking that
Auto-
hide feature has bee enabled but the task bar did not show
up. Similarly the Power point also does not work.

Dear Gordon:

I sent a work order to Help Desk to fix my computer.

As I am leaving to India by next week and all my data and files are
located in my computer, I request that a high priority be assigned to
work on my computer.

Thanks for the help
