[Faculty] REMINDER UGP applications due

Hello everyone,

 

Just a reminder that an electronic copy of the UGP application, vendor
quotes, hotel, air, etc. quotes should be emailed to me, all in pdf form.
Also submit one original signed hard copy and 5 additional hard copies. All
are due to the Dean's office (give to me) no later than Noon, Monday, Oct.
