Subject: RTP Workshop for Committees and Coordinators - Thurs. Sept. 24

 

To College Personnel on RTP Committees, Department Chairs, and Department
Coordinators,

 

Dr. Bonnie Zimmerman is holding RTP workshops in each individual college
this fall for Administrators, department chairs, committee members, and
staff involved in the RTP process.  This is in place of the university-wide
workshops held other years.

 

The College of Engineering has scheduled this workshop and review session
for Thurs. Sept. 24 at 11 am.  This has been cleared with all Department
Chairs, and will be in lieu of department meetings usually at this time.

 

Location of the meeting is still to be determined; I will be back to you on
that.

 

All members of department and college Personnel/RTP committees should
attend.  There will be important new procedures discussed related to the
impact of furloughs on the RTP process.    Probationary faculty DO NOT need
to attend this workshop.

 

Please RSVP to me so that I know you will be there.
