[Faculty] NASA competition

The attached document shows a possible $3500 scholarship based on a paper
submission on NASA topics of choice. Should you have a student working or
interested in these areas, feel free to circulate. I do not know what the
chances of winning would be, but could guess maybe 1% at best.
