[Faculty] Darrell's Family

  To College Faculty and Staff,
   
  Several of you already know that Darrell Irwin's
  family suffered a tragedy this weekend.  Darrell's
  40 year old daughter, Charlotte, was found
  unresponsive and later pronounced dead on Saturday
  evening.  This was totally unexpected; she had
  returned earlier in the evening from accompanying
  her child to a soccer game.  She has three daughters
  age (approx.) 19, 16 and 14.
   
  The Dean's Office has sent flowers to Darrell's home
  from the entire college.  We, in the Dean's Office,
  are taking up a separate collection to send flowers
  to the service tomorrow.  Darrell is, of course, out
  of the office now.  We are not sure when he will
  return
   
  Attached is information on Charlotte and the
  services being held tomorrow (Friday).  I'm sure
  Darrell appreciates the thoughts and prayers of us
  all.
